Criteria for Sponsor, Annual Corporate Partner, and/or Advertiser Eligibility

1. Sponsors, Annual Corporate Partners, and Advertisers must be licensed and in good standing within their State.  
   
2. If the Sponsor, Annual Corporate Partner, and/or Advertiser is a producer of medical cannabis products, the Sponsor, Annual Corporate Partner, or Advertiser must ensure that all medical cannabis sold is tested by a third-party lab.
   
3. Sponsorships, Annual Corporate Partnerships, and Advertisements from organizations whose products or services compete with those offered by the ACNA are not eligible. Exceptions may be made; any such decisions will be determined in accordance with the stated review process.
   
4. Sponsorships, Annual Corporate Partnerships, and Advertisements from organizations that manufacture or promote products or services such as tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, weapons, gambling, pornography, or other products that violate ACNA policy, are forbidden.
   
5. A Sponsor’s, Annual Corporate Partner's, and/or Advertiser’s philosophy must be in alignment with the mission of the American Cannabis Nurses Association and their work product(s) must be high-quality and respected within the clinical cannabis community.
   
6. ACNA reserves the right of final approval of all Sponsorship, Annual Corporate Partnership, and Advertising relationships and the right to refuse or terminate any of these relationships.
